WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
U.K. & Republic Of Ireland:
Tracked with Hermes (5-7 days) at £2.99
Isle of Man:
Tracked with Royal Mail (7-10 days) at £9.95
Ireland:
Tracked with Royal Mail (7-10 days) £12.95
Though we endeavour for all packages to be received in the above timescales, we do ask that during the time of this pandemic you allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting us. 
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order items will be despatched within 2-3 weeks from date of order. Please note if your order contains pre-order items the whole order will be despatched together. 
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
If by chance you aren't satisfied with your purchase, don't worry - we understand! We just ask that you kindly take care when trying on your items and return these within 14 days from the date on your invoice. In the event the item is returned stained or with any marks, we may refuse a refund. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights. To return your item, simply head over to our returns page. We recommend you keep proof of postage in case your item is lost on it's way back to us. Please note, any returns after the 14 day period will not be accepted , nor will they be returned to you.  Please note sale items are non-refundable, an exchange or store credit only will be offered. Please not personalised orders are not returnable

Return postage is at the customers own cost, and will not be reimbursed nor will the original delivery fee unless the item is found to have been defective when sent to you.
Please note, it can take up to 7 days for us to receive your  return. Once the item has been checked to ensure it has been returned in its unused state, a refund will be made to the payment method used originally.  If we do not receive your return, we may ask you to provide the proof of postage from the Post Office and reserve the right to refuse a refund if this cannot be provided.
All customers are entitled to cancel an order within 14 days and can be done so by contacting us via email
